Premiere Orlando 2025
The starting point of Great Lakes’ U.S. journey was the Premiere Orlando Beauty Show, one of the largest professional beauty trade events in the United States. Although we did not exhibit, our participation as attendees enabled us to gain firsthand exposure to the U.S. nail industry, including understanding the structure of professional trade shows, emerging market trends, and competitive dynamics.
During the event, we actively connected with key industry figures, including celebrity nail artist Jenny Bui and local distributors such as Odyssey Beauty Group. These initial conversations opened the door to potential collaborations, product testing, and long-term partnerships.
Attending the show was not only about observation—it was about learning how the U.S. beauty market operates and embedding ourselves into the professional community.
We are proud to collaborate with Jenny Bui, the world-renowned “Queen of Bling” and celebrity nail artist to Cardi B.

Press On Nails Customer Insights
Great Lakes established a working relationship with Research Rockstar Training & Staffing, Inc., a leading U.S.-based research firm specializing in qualitative and quantitative consumer insights. Through this collaboration, Beetles gains access to a network of over 150 experienced research professionals, including moderators with specific expertise in the beauty and nail industries.
This partnership enables Great Lakes to provide customer insight services tailored to the nail industry, including:
In-depth interviews and focus groups with U.S. nail enthusiasts to uncover motivations, preferences, and usage behaviors.
Customer journey studies to map how consumers discover, purchase, and use nail products.
Market validation research to ensure product innovations meet U.S. consumer expectations.
Data-driven decision support, helping our partners align product development and marketing strategies with authentic customer needs.
Customer Need Discovery: Using in-depth interviews, surveys, and journey mapping (via partners like Research Rockstar), we capture real U.S. consumer needs and pain points.
Formula & Product Design Adjustments: Insights are transmitted in real time to our R&D team overseas, enabling agile adjustments to product formulas (e.g., gel durability, adhesion performance, safe ingredients) and design refinements (e.g., nail tip curvature, packaging appeal).
Rapid Prototyping & Feedback Loop: Prototypes and new product concepts are shared with U.S. users and influencers for immediate testing and validation, creating a closed-loop system from consumer insight → R&D adjustment → market feedback.
Differentiation in Market: This setup allows Great Lakes to deliver products specifically tailored for U.S. consumers, rather than simply importing global products, establishing a strong local adaptation advantage.
Overseas Warehouse in Planning
Great Lakes is actively planning to establish an overseas warehouse in the United States. This initiative will allow us to stock inventory closer to our customers, reducing shipping times and improving service reliability.
Future Timely Delivery to Local Channels
Once operational, the U.S. warehouse will enable us to deliver products faster and more efficiently to local distributors, retail channels, and e-commerce partners.
Direct-to-Customer Advantage
Our planned logistics setup will ensure that end consumers in the U.S. can receive products promptly, providing a stronger competitive edge in service quality.
Foundation for Long-Term Growth
The warehouse is the first step in our long-term plan. After stabilizing logistics, we will explore setting up localized production lines in the U.S. to increase efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs further.
